Sometimes apartments will send past due balances to CA's. But my question is if you got the apartment on a special, where do they get off wanting the difference now? Are you breaking the lease? And if so, they may want the full 1100 for the last 2 months of your lease. But I don't see where they get off trying to collect for the previous months.
