The only reason I mentioned HUD and Housing Authority was I know they are places that definately carries "The Renter's Rights". It is a pamplet that outlines what landlords and tennants can and cannot do legally and what to do if your rights as a renter are violated. Everyone that rents should pick up a copy and keep it in a safe place just in case they ever need it.
