Interesting! I am paying off a funky $225 collection with Shell. Called today to check if payment was received. The account is in their Internal Recovery Unit. At the end of the call I asked for the name of the department manager. I was told by the rep that info is confidential and they cannot give out that info for security reasons. What! What do they think is going to happen? comments?
