You are right Bud has been very helpfull wiht these guys. I have been slugging it out with GIOVE who is letting Lenahan now use his liscence. I have sent them a C&D letter and FINALLY got the return reciept. I just got a letter from them THRENTENING to get a JUDGEMENT on me for 4x the original debt. I have made copies and sent it along to the AG along with a copy of the judgement forbiding them to work in TX and to harass texas residents. Today I am going to send them a copy of the court order forbiding them to work in TX and see if that will make them stop konwing that I know they are breaking the law
