That's no good! I actually have a call in to the attorney so I could advise him about the situation. Figured it would be worth a shot to have him ask her to reaffirm the debt (yes he will probably laugh but at this point I really don't care and don't have anything to lose by asking!)

I will not be talking to any of them anymore about the BK but I can bet that her mother & her grandmother will probably keep asking her if she got me paid off since our family knows their family and they are both angry that she is doing this to me. My worry is that this girl will tell her attorney and I will suffer & lose more than I already have.

Just makes me mad she is taking the easy way out with me. Hard lesson learned I guess!
