If you have no balance, then by all means, send Dispute and Validation letter, available from this site. CACV must then stop all collection activity until validating. Without delay, based upon fraudulent claim of indebtedness, file complaints with FTC, Colorado Bar and AG, and your AG.

Remember, Validating requires they send statements with every charge and payment. They won't because they can't, because they don't have the records. They won't as well because they would be admitting they have no evidence to support their avaricious claim other than "I want some money". Instead, give them trouble. Lots of it, via agency complaints and publicity on this site and others.
