PDI Management is a trash-mouthed collection agency out of Orange, CA. Vincent Galewick is the principal (PDI stiffed all its creditors a few years back by filing bankruptcy,, and have once again risen from the ashes to verbally harass folks)

You have a greater chance of being struck by lightning than being sued by PDI.

record based on a pattern of complaints alleging unethical collection practices.
Some complainants allege the company attempts to collect on debts up to 15 years old and have long past the statute of limitations for collection in their State. Other consumers complain the company uses harassment tactics, such as, inappropriate language, repeated phone calls, threats, and workplace calls in their collection efforts. Some complaints are filed by relatives and friends of the alleged debtors, claiming they also experience harassment by repeated contacts inquiring on the whereabouts of the debtor.
