charged off in Jan o4..no where near SOL(ny) and this is the 3rd Collection Agency to have it.
They tend to back off after I tell them I have proof Discover reneaged on a hardship program, hehehe, cause I'm assuming they don't have that info. in their hands, and I can prove was paying,etc.

I read Budd Hibbs website about United changing charge-off dates and such. good thing I have a recent copy to prove the date.

Funny thing is-I never get calls from a ca with Bank One and my debt is just as much as Discover.
