cause he told me if I didn't settle with them, Discover would take me to court. Well, let them. I doubt they have in their hands what I do..proving I was paying and they charged it off for no reason. If it keeps going to different ca's then does discover own it or assigned? He told me to call Discover to confirm, yet told me Discover has nothing to do with it any more? Kind of conflicting..
