You do NOT want arbitration, it is a phony deal that makes it easier for the CA to get a judgment.

You need to send an answer to put yourself on record as to the facts.

Send an answer to the Court to be put in your case file. Send a copy to the CA lawyer.Make sure the Court has your reply entered as ,if the CA lawyer tries to pull a "sewer service" trick he will be caught out. File a complaint with your State bar your State AG office and the FTC.
