Well I decided to dispute all the bad ding the Collection agencies have put on my credit reports for medical bills that I am not legally responsible for. I disputed with all the CRA and TransUnion and Equifax dropped almost all of them. (My score went up 80 points). However Experian is another matter. They just “verified” that the debt was mine. Some of the debts looks like they are a lot newer than they really are most are oldetr than four yearsw and all will bwe four years old as of Oct 2004. I am not really sure what to do now. I called and spoke to someone at Experian and he was very rude. Even stating that the CA said it was their opinion that the medical treatment and therefore the debt I incurred was not part of worker comp case. My such arrogance!

So what’s next? Experian already has the name of the worker’s comp carrier my adjuster and the case number. I wonder what their problem is?
