I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel with my husband's and my debt load. We have a condo and I don't want to lose that. We have a huge amount of credit card debt that if we didn't have that then just maybe we would have enough money on just my husband's income to survive for a little while he goes to school, where I don't have to work. Just wondering what anyone's thoughts were on each of us filing individual bk's to rid ourselves of the cc debt and start fresh. I would also like to keep my citi cc because of something I have set up for my son.
Any ideas? Does that work? How do I convince my husband of such?
