this is concerning a sears cerdit card. short and fall of it all is we got behind and sears would not work with us and the dedt keep increasing where there's no way in the world we can pay this off. so they sold it to sherman ancquisition who at this time is sueing us. we have filled out the exemption paper and filed it..we have a lawyer..but i still dont understand the whole thing...i would like to pay off the judgement but i cant pay the whole thing at one time. what should i offer to pay a month..should i pay a l,ooo.oo a month or should i only pay about 200.00 a month i just dont know what to offer and the lawyer said that would be my decision and then he would offer it to them..what do you suggest? very upset and confused!!!!! I live in nc
