they already have the judgement against us.i went to a credit counseling service and they told me not to worry about it and that they couldnt do anything to us unless we sold our home or refinaced..but about a month later the paper about exemption was delivered to us and that is when i went to a lawyer and now im very worried about what they can do and what they cant do... one other, thing can they get to my bank account in nc
