Hello, I have the same problem with Eskanos and Adler, I have filed a Complaint with the FTB (Federal Trade Commision) And I called the California Attorney General. What they did to us is they put a lien on our property, we owed 8,400.00 and now, we owe 16,045.00. We have to pay it to get the lien taken off. I'm beside myself. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO THE FTB. please, please, they will only take action if enough people sue, dont let them do this to the people. They got a judgement on us without ever notifying us. This is wrong. They are wrong and they are rude, they hang up the phone on us and make very snide comments to us. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO THE FTB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE, THEY HATE THAT.
