When did you last pay Discover directly ? Even if they get their judgment, what can they take from you ? If you have no income, no bank accounts with money in them and no assets, there's nothing they can take. Not being nosy, but where is the money coming from that you use to care for your mother ? Is your child support payment direct-deposited into a bank account ? Do you get a check you cash ? All of these things are to be considered when it comes down to what they can take from you. Child support is 100% EXEMPT monies, they cannot touch it.
