i have filled out the exemption fourm..the judgement if only in my husbands name and not mine. yes we own a home but right now owe more than is worth. and it is deeded in both names...a truck paid off last month..in both names i put everything in the exemption letter.in cluding household furnishings and ket.appliances and all so clothing...what else do i need to do ...im hoping to work some payment plan out with them through my lawyer..do you think they will take it and is 250. enought to offer a month. and what a bout the bank account what should i do, we have direct deposit
please help me understand what to do and when to do it...if they except a payment plan will they still go after my bank account?
