Reaffirmation is strictly voluntary and it must be approved by the court. Since its an unsecured debt, there is very little chance the court will approve such a reaffirmation. YOu would have to draw up a formal reaffirmation agreement too.

You can do NOTHING that smacks of collection activity. They've already threatened sanctions and that can carry some nasty fines.

She could pay you VOLUNTARILY after her discharge, but since she's not paying you now, she likely won't do so afterwards either.
