I'm wondering why the practice of serving people at "old" or non-existent addresses isn't deemed illegal, especially if the scumbags have the current address? Something should definitely be done with that on the legislative level.

Seems the more I hear about this and other practices the more inclined I am to believe that the legal system is as corrupt as the credit/collections industry.
