I am in the same situation. This company has been trying to collect credit card debt that was written off 15 years ago by Bank of America. It is completely unenforcable, however they continue to harass me. I saw the tail end of a news report this past Sunday evening about the company and the fact that they are violating a court order not to harass people. I would like to find out more about it. Has anyone heard anything recent about this company?
