If you provide your lawyer with the information from the "SOL" defense part of my website, (How To Answer A Lawsuit), and explain to her that the contract rules for consumers are DIFFERENT because of the TILA, which, as a Federal law has supremacy in all States, plus the material from the Iowa page on my website(which defines written contract), she should be able to confirm the caselaw and statutes applicability.
