I know you say to send the refusel of arb. letter but to re-cap: I am in GA., within SOL, and I want to cost them as much in time and money as I can. Ready to file bk7 as an end to the case. Should I send answer to arb. just like a regular suit and demand proof and see where it leads? Remember I only want to inflict as much "pain"(cost) as I can. What is your feelings on this? Reformed P.S. It's funny how ones "values" change after being "exposed" to CA's. Before I would have done the "right" thing and filed bk so not to cause anyone any more problems. Now I feel like I have come DOWN to their level.(SAD) :( . Now I will do ALL I can to help with the down fall of CA's. But I must say life does seem a bit better getting this behind me and working foward for a change. Oh well, sorry MBNA and HHB you had your chance to work WITH me now you get $0.00. Who gets the last laugh now?????? :>)
