If they find it, they can seize it. As far as I know, your banking info is private. However, I have heard that some CAs will send seize orders to all banks within 50 miles of where you live. I don't know that for a fact though.
I wouldn't risk it. Best to either open an account with someone else as primary, or pay with money orders. Just my 2 cents
