I received an arbitration award against me for an MBNA account from Wolpoff & Abramson. Guess I found your site too late so I didn't know to send a letter to refuse arbitration. Is there any hope for me at this point with a NAF award against me? I'm in California and the debt was last paid in April of 2003. What happens next? If I had the money to pay, I already would have paid it. Thanks for your help.
