I kept telling her about the open account thing and showing her all the proofs that i have collected. But she kept pointing to the thick law book in front of her, saying there's no SOL time set for open account, there is either written or unwritten contract. Anyway, I think she might not be familiar with consumer credit cases. The fact that she didn't charge me for the consultation, I was glad. She did give me a few tips on how not to afraid in the court. I appreciated that. Ok. What's the a no-no to say in the court?? any advice?
