Maybe somebody else will have some ideas. My only thought is PROTECT YOUR ASSETS NOW. They still have to sue to get a judgement before they can seize anything. But, it will be easier for them to get a judgement based on the arbitration award. Bk may be your only option, unless you are judgement proof already. Bk exemptions and judgement exemptions are the same. So here are your bk exemptions. Again, maybe somebody else will have a better plan of action.
