Last year we had a neighbor's creditor calling here on more than one occasion (same place) when I finally talked to the guy he asked if so and so was at home, said i don't know i don't live there , the guy asked me to look out my window (I KID YOU NOT!) and wanted me to take msg when said no I won't look I am busy and this is NONE of my business. Told the gentleman to never call here again and he didn't. However, I did tell my neighbor, he asked if the guy told me any more info I said nope told him none of my biz if neighbor wanted me to know he would tell me himself. So what you could suggest to your neighbor is that they tell this collector that they are not to call them anymore, that might work for you all like it did for us.
