I have 5 settlements so far, the amount you don't pay is considered "Extra income:, and reported to the IRS from the creditors. Only one used a collection agency so far you guessed it, AT & T Universal card AKA Citibank, they are boarderline criminals! Does the Justice department have any grand jury inditements yet? If so will it be a 1-3 billion dollar fine against Citibank?
