well by your post im guessing you DO own a home ?? id never make a blanket statement that ALL collection co's going by the same name actually sue becouse honestly it depends on ALOT .. whether or not your home is homestead or not just the mear fact you own a home "could" trigger a lawsuit but now even IF they sued that dosent actually mean they'll get money .. in my opinion IF you have no job no money in the bank no assets to speak of id bet they do not sue meaning their just blowing smoke BUT becouse you do own a home thats the only factor that just may trigger that suit , its a game & they ONLY play for real IF they smell cash at the end for them , remember all this costs money for them if they take real actions & theres gotta be money at the end & the home COULD be the factor .. if your in a 4 yr SOL state then your correct in saying your sol would pass in march 2005 IF your last payment was march 2001 .. hard to say what to do but IF me think id wait it out they'll huff & puff for awhile b4 actually suing but only my opinion .. goodluck , kelly ......
