well dunno what to tell ya but its well know fact that creditcards ARE in fact OPEN ACCOUNTS not written but trust me 2 yrs ago i went round & round talking to about **10** different lawyers here in so. nevada & no joke id say out of the 10 maybe 4 said yes of course cc are open accounts meaning here in nv SOL is 4 yrs the other 5 said OH NO in nevada cc are WRITTEN meaning a 6 yrs SOL & the 1 remaining attorney had no clue even of his own name hell im still baffled on how he made it thru law school let alone dressed himself that day .. as im sure you know each states laws are diff but here in NEVADA credit cards are defined as OPEN ACCOUNTS per n.r.s 97A.060 and nrs 97A.050 .. as messed up as this seems most lawyers are not familier with credit or collection laws so not to wanna look bad in your eyes they'll attempt to show off with their pretty degrees & their pretty nice thick law books , many are lost in reality lol .. theres a few national credit hosts & 1 that comes to mind is in fact suze orman & even as pro credit as she is she admits on both tv AND her web site suzeorman.com as all credit cards DO have a SOL and she even now has her own list of states SOL with the years , its pretty basic actually .. kelly ..
