Why don't you ask for the Attorney to Validate the purported account. Never ceases to amaze me, how people just sit around and let a 3rd Party collection attorney sue them because of lack of response from the person that supposedly owes the alleged debt. Always make a 3rd Party Debt Collector Attorney Validate and prove up the claim!
