If your date of last activity of March 2001 is your chargeoff date, than your default date, (the date your SOL starts) is probably about 6 Months earlier.

Look for the 1st 30day late preceding the chargeoff date.

I do NOT agree with "computerguy" do NOT respond, do not "validate" do NOT answer any letters or phone calls.

Your SOL date is probably Oct. or Nov. 2004, IF they get ANY response from you that indicates you CARE about your credit, they WILL file suit.

You SHOULD however,of course, respond IF they actually file suit with an answer, notice of appearance and defense.The forms are linked on my website.
