Date Opened: 07/1996 Balance: $0
Date Reported: 06/2003 Past Due: $0
Date of Last Activity: 03/2001
Months Reviewed: 68
Then it shows the last 24 months, all 120 late back to Dec 2001. Nov, 2001 is 90 days, Oct is 60 days, Sept is 30 days, Aug says nothing, July is 30 days, and June says nothing. That's as far as it goes back.

Now the report from the CA gives a date of last activity as 7/01 which doesn't match date listed by the OC for last activity. So can you tell from the above info when the charge off occured? Is the date of last activity given by the OC always correct?
