Many will say to send a LIMITED cease and desist letter. Personally, I would not do anything, other than to tell them not to call work again. I was very successful in ignoring CAs. If you have non exempt assets, they might sue. Hope for the best, be prepared for the worst. If they do sue you, answer the law suit. Truth is, they bought your account for pennies on the dollar, and will most likely NOT be able to validate that the account is actually yours in court.
