Send a dispute in to the CRA after you opt out, as "not mine, no such accoun with this creditor for this amount for this date,fraudulently reaged from orignal account with Target, DOLA prior to 07/1997"

IF A$$(O)LES verifies after this dispute, you can then join in the class action against them.

The SOL letter will work, but doing it this way will help put them out of business.
