If they have not sued you yet, you can request validation. W&A will go as low as 70% if you want to settle. I haven't heard of them going lower than that in the past 12 months. They will probably do the National Arbitration Forum claim and you will probably lose there because the NAF favors the cc. If they file a claim, you need to respond to it. If you have no assets and a lot of debt, you might want to look into bk and just start over again.
