The 'warning' you get is that someone is suing you !

While there is a lot of talk and a lot of angst here about pre-judgment siezure of bank accounts in TX, I have it on pretty good authority that this doesn't happen all that often and the party bringing the lawsuit has to have a pretty strong argument that a debtor will flee or is likely to move or hide the assets.

How do you fight it ?? Use your exemptions, file an appeal and/or a motion to quash - there are ways.
