It shouldn't show as charged off. Mine shows the account that I've settled with as settled. I think there is a difference between a report showing charged off vs. settled. charged off means they could still pursue you for the amount owed but by law report it as charged off. Settled is settled. When I refinanced, it was a big difference to the bank.
