If you have a judgment entered against you in Tx, and it is a summary judgment, not a default judgment, and they do an asset search and find you own assailable assets in another State, and they can get the judgment "perfected" (certified as correct) and "domesticated" ( filed in the other State and in the County where your property is located), then yes, it is possible. In the case of a default judgment, it MAY be possible to do the same thing, but it would depend on the State where the property is located.
