I have dealt with Love, Beal, Nixon PC and can tell you they will garnish your wages, put leins on your property, and just about any other thing they are capable of. Not if, but when you pay you better get a release when when you hand over the money or you will have hell. Not to mention. My Sears bill was around 800.00. They got over 2300.00 out of my settlement recently when I sold my property, and had a garnishment sent to my work. BEWARE
