I have posted before about Lenahan Law Office a/k/a Munson Law Office a/k/a Giove. They are indeed under court order not to attempt collections in Texas and Maine. If they contact you in Texas, e-mail Bud Hibbs, file a complaint with the Texas AG and the FTC. They contacted me at work before I knew about how bad they were. I took their calls a few times, which was a mistake. I asked for details in writing and they sent me a letter that said nothing. They even got the name of the OC wrong!! They also jacked up the amount I owed to the OC by about 50%. However, they have not posted any activity on any of my CR. They don't want to be legitamized... they will take your money and not report it to anyone. Don't give them a dime.
