Is Georgia a "last item" state?
If the dola is 6/01 and the first 30 late shows 9/00...even thought they claim payment made in 2/01- 5/01..(we didn't pay them at all during this time)..the account was not usable since they closed it before 9/00. I've seen alot about the account being usable and mutual. Can you clarify this for me concerning the state of Georgia? Also. how do I go about getting something done about CA and CA attorneys calling after a C&D was sent?
