Reporting a debt to a CRA is considered collection activity according to this FTC opinion letter: http://www.cardreport.com/laws/fdcpa/ftc-opinion/cass.html That means (to me) that reaging is a compensable no-no under FDCPA. I'm hearing from a few people in FL who are annoyed at AA and I think we have enough of a gang for a class action so gimme a call at 919 876 8001 or 910 876 7001.
