Ok, I have a ER bill for my daughter that was turned over to collections. I know the EOB I got on it, it was to be paid in full. Then I'm getting a collection notice for something like $83.12. Stupid. I have looked everywhere for my EOB and the insurance company won't send one (they said I need to keep copies myself), which I normally do. How can I get the collection agency to go back to the OC and look at these records?? I know I don't owe it, so why should I pay it, right?? Thanks for the help! Aimee
