Your SOL started 09/30/2000.
Ga. is a "cause of action" State, which means that they COULD have sued you 09/30/2000 for breach of contract, so that is what started the SOL date.

As to continued harrassment after a cease and desist. Next time they call, say this," I sent you a certified letter requesting no phone calls, would you please give me your name and your company's name and address and speak clearly as I am recording all calls."

Come 09/2004 send them the SOL letter.
