I did find out that MRS is a third party collection agency -

I have contracted with DEBTXS and asked them to find out who ... and they did. I am not happy with DEBTXS but have paid them $3000.00 to do stuff that I now know they can't do.

Got an email from them about an hour ago and they will send a cease and desist letter to them. I wrote back that the last time this was done I got sued. I have not received any letters from them.

Got a lawyer - and one lawsuit has been dropped. One more to go (and I expect the same thing to happen). Now I wonder what will happen next.
