think if this were my account since its within SOL ya must be very careful so think id request validation 1st then IF they CAN validate id just send a limited C & D meaning NO phone calls but id let them send me all the junk mail they feel like sending like i say just no more calls .. you dont wanna totally C & D them you have to give them hope in meaning like they feel they at least have a chance at 1 day collecting , you dont wanna be sued .. kelly ..
