I think you would be wise to do nothing. If he continues to call you at work, tell him you are taping the conversation, and then tell him not to call you at work again. If he does, it is a violation of the FDCPA. You might even mention the FDCPA to him. If he thinks you are an informed consumer, he may move onto an easier target. DON'T TALK TO HIM. Watch caller ID, let the machine pick up, whatever works for you. I have read on collections.com an they always say that communication is very important........cut off communication except at work to tell him you are taping and not to call work again. That should do it.
