No problem. The trustee understands that you have bills. What they are really looking for is a lot of money in a bank account. Bk is based on income and debt ratio. Don't worry. If it was a problem you attorney would have mentioned it to you. It was not a problem for me. I submitted several bank accounts (no money in most of them because I think I had to go back a couple of years) He is going to look at your income tax returns, that is a true statement of income, and that's what matters.
