normally id agree with this poster but in my opinion since YOU ARE being called at work think validation is the best at THIS point becouse it makes them stop calling you PERIOD until they CAN validate & IF they then DO validate you can at this point act like you DO know your legal rights by either doing the your being the taped deal or flat out send the a limited C & D .. again just my opinion but if me thats how id handle it , good luck kelly ........
